The story ive gotten is that when it was called CCW people some people thought it meant you could carry any concealed weapon you wanted, ie. knives, bats, rocket launchers ext. So they changed the name to CPL. Dont know if that s 100% or not but thats what ive heard. but all in all they mean the same thing. | ||

It's not what is used to kill that makes a weapon, the real weapon is the intent that the person has to do harm. The item used is just a means to act out intent. I wish as much time and resources where given to keeping prisons open and staffed instead of trying to blame objects for the crimes that only a person lacking good judgment can commit! | ||
